Graham qualified as a CA in 1993 and was a corporate finance specialist with an international accountancy practice before joining Ritson Smith in 2003 as Director of Corporate Finance.
His focus is mergers and acquisitions and his experience includes all types of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, venture capital, leveraged MBO's and MBI's and fund-raising assignments.
Although Graham's experience has been predominantly UK and oil and gas-based, he has also worked in other industry sectors and on cross-border and international transactions.
Graham has established Ritson Smith's dedicated corporate finance team, focusing on owner-managed businesses in North East Scotland and beyond.
