Ritson Smith are delighted to announce the appointment of Jacqui Taylor as an assistant director within Corporate Finance.
With over 9 years in corporate finance, Jacqui was formerly an assistant director in the Oil and Gas Mergers & Acquisition team at a major international accounting practice. She has facilitated a number of significant transactions including the recent sale of SGC Limited to Petrofac. Jacqui has experience both of upstream and oilfield services transactions of all sizes and has a wide network in the industry both at a local and national level.
